1. What we collect

When you request a quote, book work, or sign up for a membership, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email, the service address, and access details you choose to share, like a gate code. When you pay online, checkout is handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor; we see your name, the amounts, and the last digits of your card, but your full card number goes to Stripe and never touches our systems. When we work on your home, we take photos, and sometimes video, of the work before and after, which become part of your home's service file.

2. How we use it

We use your information to schedule and perform work, bill you, send visit reports and appointment reminders, keep your home's maintenance history, and answer you when you contact us. If you're a customer or asked to hear from us, we may send you occasional emails about our services; every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects your service.

3. Who we share it with

We never sell your information, and we never share it with anyone for their own marketing. The only places your information goes are the tools we run the business on: Stripe for payments, our field management and scheduling software, Google services for our files and email, and our email service for reports and newsletters. Each handles your data under its own privacy terms and only for our work. We disclose information beyond that only if the law requires it.

4. Photos and video

Work-site photos and video document the services performed and stay in your home's file. Some job footage also becomes content for our YouTube channel and social media. When it does, we keep it anonymous: no address, no faces, nothing personal, and we will not publish footage that identifies your home or your family without asking you first. If you'd rather your project never appear in content at all, just tell us, and your footage stays documentation-only.

5. Text messages

When you give us your phone number to request a quote, book work, or sign up for a membership, you agree to receive service-related text messages from us: scheduling, appointment reminders, visit updates, and replies to your questions. With your consent, we may also send occasional marketing texts about our services and offers. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.

You can opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP to any message, and reply HELP for help or call (480) 788-1638. Opting out of marketing texts never affects your service, and we will still send the service messages your work or membership requires unless you tell us to stop those too.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and your texting consent stay with us and the messaging tools we use to send on our behalf, and nowhere else. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Keeping and deleting

We keep service records as long as you're a customer and as long as licensing, tax, and warranty obligations require afterward. If you want the personal information we hold about you corrected or deleted, call, text, or email us and we'll do it, except for records we're legally required to keep.

7. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses basic cookies and analytics to understand how pages are used. We don't use them to build profiles of you, and we don't run third-party ad trackers on our site.

8. Children

Our services and website are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes and contact
