Anything beyond your plan's printed checklist: repairs needing an auger, non-standard parts, specialty toilets, full re-caulks, vaulted-ceiling fans, garage door spring or roller repairs, AC coil chemical cleaning, buried drip line or valve repairs, landscape lighting, and the like.
